Scope, responsibilities and expectations
Materials and products
Responsibility for purchasing materials is confirmed before the appointment. Customer-supplied products must be compatible and complete. Receipts and applicable purchasing time are confirmed before TaheriFix buys materials.
Access and preparation
The customer must provide safe, authorized and reasonably clear access to the work area. Parking, elevator, condominium and building rules must be communicated before the appointment.
Regulated work
TaheriFix only accepts work within its permitted scope. Electrical, plumbing, structural, gas, asbestos and other regulated work may require an appropriately licensed professional.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling and applicable fees are confirmed when booking. An appointment may be postponed when access, materials, site conditions or safety prevent the work from being completed.
